LINDA MURRAY - Principal

Ms. Murray has more than 45 years of experience in all aspects of construction administration working directly with developers, owners, municipalities and organizations throughout the United States. Her commitment to principle level involvement assures the clients’ needs are being addressed throughout all phases of construction. Her experience as acting liaison between the client, contactor and other architectural/engineering consultants includes review and coordination of construction plans, cost estimating, bidding, value engineering, negotiating of contracts and overall construction administration. She is thoroughly familiar with critical path management and coordination of all on-site construction issues.

Linda Murray began as a Draftsman and Cost Engineer at Fischbach & Moore for the construction of USAA in San Antonio, one of the largest facilities in the United States. She then joined Hooker Contracting Company, Inc., a local general construction company for 21 years extending her knowledge, expertise and management abilities to become Vice President. Linda's talent and management skills led her to the position of General Construction Manager and Owner's Representative at SST Investments.
